I would pay the $49 million Bodog has been order to pay 1st Technology LLC, a company that has gained control over Bodog.com’s domain due to an patent lawsuit.

1st Technology owns a patent on a process of taking wagers online. They claim that Bodog has infringed on this patent, and after Bodog failed to answer the allegations a State of Nevada court has granted that the company’s domains to be removed from all name servers associated with Bodog and founder Calvin Ayre, rendering them useless.

Players may have been slightly frustrated, but a solution has been presented, and that is a new domain where players can use their accounts and place bets as usual at www.newbodog.com.

There will surely be more to come on this developing issue.

If I was a millionaire…

I would buy Owen Wilson some privacy! Actor Owen Wilson has been bombarded by the media today after being hospitalized on Sunday afternoon and has issued a statement. “I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.”

Wilson was taken to hospital after police and fire responded to a call to Wilson’s home. He has since left the hospital and is now reportedly in Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills area.

Some new outlets such as the National Enquirer are reporting that Wilson was trying to commit suicide; they even went as far as to say that he had slit his wrist and overdosed on pills. I find that hard to believe since no one has any details on the situation and the fact that it is the National Enquirer, probably the worst source of reliable news in the world!

I doubt that Wilson was trying to commit suicide though I wouldn’t rule out that drugs and / or alcohol was involved!

I would buy Beyonce Knowles a bra. Beyonce just finished recovering from falling down a set of stairs last month and now this. During a performance in Toronto some floor fans blew up her dress exposing her bare breast because she wasn’t wearing a bra.

Poor girl… at least she just kept on dancing as usual!

I would buy Lindsay Lohan a life. Lohan has allowed OK! Magazine to come to Cirque Lodge rehab in Sundance, Utah for photo shoot. The “candid” shots will be featured in todays issue!

OK! Magazine said, “She really is taking it seriously. She’s replacing L.A. and smoking with yoga and reading. She hasn’t looked this good in years.”

Apparently “She’s been really worried about the influence she’s having on her little sister Ali” who is only 13. I guess so when all you do in snort coke and drink all day.
