NBC announced their midseason lineup today and both Heroes and Medium will once again be paired together on Monday nights starting on February 2nd! Celebrity Apprentice is getting a two hour block on Sundays starting March 1st. I don't know if I can handle two hours in a row of Donald Trump's mystery hair. Knight Rider will be riding off into the sunset a little earlier than planned because they had their full season order cut from 22 to only 17. And one last note, ER will be saying goodbye on March 12th after 15 great years. I will miss the show.
ABC has set a return date for us all to enter the ballroom again on March 9th. Dancing with the Stars is changing things up and once again we will have two performance shows (week) before we say goodbye to the first star who will be stuck with that stigma for the rest of the career. Some more good news from ABC, Cupid is already in trouble. Guess the arrow through the heart needs a strong potion because they had their 13 episode order cut down to 9 according to The Live Feed. Not too late for ABC to cut their losses and pick up Eli Stone instead.
Showtime and Californication know the third time will be a charm, so that is why they picked up this show for a this season!
One final note…Nip/Tuck will be back on January 6th and I just saw the season premiere and all I will say for now is…wow! Nip/Tuck is back, and boy is it back!!!

ABC went unpick-up happy two weeks ago and made the stupid decision not to pick up the brilliant Eli Stone. So if we all tune in to ABC tonight at 10p, we can show them what a dumb a$$ decision they made by not bELIeving in Eli Stone.
BTW ABC announced today that the proven failure Cupid will be getting Eli Stone’s slot in March. I say boycott the show! I mean it couldn’t even complete a whole season the first time it was around because it was so bad, why do they think it can be a hit now???

After weeks of speculation of the future of ABC's shows Eli Stone, Pushing Daisies, Dirty Sexy Money and Life on Mars, The Hollywood Reporter is saying that ABC has opted not to order any additional episodes from Eli Stone, Pushing Daisies and Dirty Sexy Money. The snoozer Life on Mars got a 4 episode pickup and will follow Lost on Wednesdays. The used-to-be promising Private Practice will follow the starting-to-repeat-itself Grey's Anatomy on Thursdays. ABC will be airing NBC's cancelled Scrubs on Tuesdays at 9p with Mike Judge's The Goode Family. ABC has not announced what will replace Boston Legal, Eli Stone and Pushing Daisies when the shows finish their 13 episode orders, but whatever they decide on will not be as good as the shows they are replacing. While I am saying screw you to ABC for their decision to let Boston Legal, Eli Stone and Pushing Daisies go, my DVR is saying thank you for the 3 less hours to record every week.
In other TV news, Julianne Hough will not be back on Dancing with the Stars next season, and I will miss her on the show. A non-ABC story is The CW has decided to cut ties with MRC for the Sunday night lineup. In fact The CW will air repeats of Jericho at 7p, maybe if MRC picked up Jericho and/or Moonlight they would still be working with The CW. Just saying.
Dang even I have to admit I came off really bitter in this post, maybe because I am.

On November 4th we believed so much in Barack Obama that we got out there and voted for him to become the President of the United States. Now I am asking you to believe in Eli Stone the same way, instead of leaving your house to vote I am asking you to get on your couch and watch this feel good show this Tuesday and every Tuesday night at 10p on ABC!!!
ABC has yet to decide the fate of this darling little show, but we can make a difference by checking out this show now now now! Show the advertisers and ABC that we believe that television can be great again! It can make us cry, laugh, sing, dance and feel inspired all in a one hour show. Eli Stone is just that show. Greg Berlanti (Everwood) has once again created pure magic with this show that is brilliantly acted by Jonny Lee Miller, Loretta Devine, Victor Garber, James Saito, Natasha Henstridge and Julie Gonzalo. This show got George Michael to sing and dance on several episodes. It also got Sigourney Weaver and Seal to make their network TV acting debuts. And who could forget it also brought Katie Holmes back to TV in a way we never seen her!
But forgetting all the names, this show is refreshing. It seriously makes you feel good. It makes you want to make a difference. Yes you are sitting on your couch or lying in your bed (because it is 10p on a Tuesday night) but you wake up the next day wanting to do something good like Eli Stone! So you can start by doing something good now and watch Eli Stone this Tuesday and every Tuesday at 10p! Maybe if enough of us bELIeve, ABC will do the same for Eli Stone and give this amazing show a full season pick-up!!!

NBC has cancelled Lipstick Jungle and My Own Worst Enemy, Fox has cancelled MadTV and The CW picks up Privileged for 5 more episodes according to The Live Feed.
Lipstick Jungle with Brooke Shields came back for its second season with weak ratings on Wednesdays, so when NBC moved it to Fridays the writing was on the wall for the show. I am sad to see this show go because it took me a while to get into it, but now I love it! My Own Worst Enemy gave Christian Slater a show, but even with his name and Heroes as a lead-in, it was not good enough to save the show.
Fox for some reason will pull the plug on MadTV at the end of the season, saying the show had become to expensive to keep on the network. The co-creator of the show says he is not ready to let the show go and will be shopping it around to the cable networks. Hopefully Comedy Central or FX will pick up the funnier of the two late-night Saturday shows.
But with all this bad news, there is some good news. The CW has asked Privileged for 5 more episodes!!! This is the best show of the season, and now is a good time to start watching this show!!! Please!!!
ABC and CBS have yet to announce the fate of their bubble shows, but when ABC does there are going to be a lot of p!ssed of fans. I am preparing myself for the news that Eli Stone and Pushing Daisies will be well Pushing Daisies.
With all the good shows getting the ax, it blows my mind that NBC picked up Life, Knight Rider and Kath & Kim and ABC is expected to Dirt Sexy Money and Life on Mars.
I will end this post with one of the best things that MadTV ever did Raging Rudolph!!!

According to The Live Feed, Eli Stone’s hope of being picked up for a full season are looking very slim.
The plans also make a full season order for “Mars” pretty likely. “Dirty Sexy Money” is thought to also have a good chance to continue, while “Eli Stone” and “Pushing Daisies” are considered long shots.
Seriously why would ABC pick up Dirty Sexy Money over Eli Stone, who the freak is watching or talking about DSM? I don’t know one person who has seen an episode of the show that declines week by week. And Life on Mars, I tried but yawn. It is on at 10p and it put me to sleep. Then ABC has two gems Eli Stone and Pushing Daisies and those shows they don’t pick? WTF?
Eli Stone is a great, feel good show. It is the only show I like on ABC. Tuesdays are normally a boring day, but Eli Stone just lightens them up! So please please please watch Eli Stone tonight on 10p so maybe ABC won’t kill it. It is bad enough we are losing Boston Legal soon.

Lost will be back on Wednesday, January 21st on ABC with a 3 hour premiere and I can’t wait to find out what happened to the Island and how the 6 will get back to it.
The show is taking over taking over Private Practice’s timeslot according to Watch With Kristin. In fact ABC is shaking up Wednesdays and we will have to wait until next week to find out if Dirty Sexy Money and Private Practice will produce more episodes than the 13 ABC ordered or will both shows will be dunzo. I think Private Practice will move to Thursday after the show it spun off from Grey’s Anatomy. That would explain why TV Guide reported that Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice are going to have multiple crossover episodes.

ABC is doing something unfashionale, they are cutting costs for the wardrobe departments of their shows like Dirty Sexy Money (is that still on?) and Desperate Housewives according to Scoop.
The network, home to highly wardrobed dramas such as “Dirty Sexy Money” and “Desperate Housewives,” has circulated a memo titled “new wardrobe guidelines” that outlines the “maximum allowable spend” for categories of clothing for each character.
No more than $150 may be spent on men’s or women’s accessories; no more than $250 on a pair of women’s shoes (only $200 for men’s shoes). Handbags should cap out at $300 and men’s suits at $1,500.
What will stars like Eva Longoria and Lucy Lui do, now that they will have to wear cheaper clothes. Can they precious skin handle it?
Personally I think ABC is being selfish. People like me like buying those once-used clothes at a cheaper cost from It's A Wrap and I don't want cheaper hand-me-downs.

Hunker down and find that tin foil cap, pronto! Privacy advocates, we’ve a new target for you to bang on: Integrated Media Measurement. The 4,900-person media research company is looking to take advertising measurement to a whole new level (or new low, as it were) by embedding tracking modules within cellphones. In short, the module picks up audio from ads and records information about the exposure; in the future, if you were to purchase whatever product you heard about (like seeing a movie that was plugged), it would register a hit and deem you a sucker. As of now, the only testers with these freaky phones are individuals who signed up for this stuff, but you better believe major marketing firms (and TV / movie studios in particular) are perking their ears up and begging to know more.

Eli Stone is a little darling of a show that premiered after the WGA Strike on ABC and slowly found the audience it needed and deserved to come back for a second season. Greg Berlanti (Everwood, Brothers & Sisters) created a sweet show about a lawyer who gets visions like George Michael singing due to an aneurysm he never knew he had. He uses these visions to take on cases and help them beat the odds. Slowly he starts singing a different tune, I mean changes for the better and so does everyone around him. Just writing about last season puts a smile on my face and how many shows can do that? Obviously I am not the only one who has a smile on my face from this show because Sigourney Weaver is making her TV debut on the show tonight, next week Katie Holmes returns to TV with a song and ance number and coming soon Seal will sing on his first non-reality show for Eli Stone! Forgetting the names there is a caring show that has Loretta Divine belting it out like the greats and Jonny Lee Miller dancing up a storm! And I hear he will really be grooving tonight!!!
So if you are a Jonny(Lee Miller)-Come-Lately, you can get caught up on Eli Stone with the below Starter Kit and make sure to catch the show tonight and every Tuesday at 10p!!!

Watch with Kristin got the first look of Katie Holmes in her episode of Eli Stone airing October 21st. All I can say is a good she is not doing a Musical on Broadway because she can neither sing nor lip sync.
BTW Eli Stone is a great show and you should check it out when it premieres on ABC this Thursday at 10p.

ABC is reinventing the huge mini-series V according to Variety. Scott Peters who worked on The 4400 will write the modern day version of the show and I think he will be a good fit!
“Whenever I mention ‘V’ to anybody, they still have a lot of good memories about the original movie and series,” Peters said. “Everybody has that imagery of their uniforms, or the visitor eating a hamster. It’s a science fiction icon and too good to pass up.”
The original “V” served as an allegory for the Holocaust and Nazi Germany. Peters said he won’t duplicate that concept, except that the new “V” will still focus on what happens when the masses have blind faith in their leaders.
In this case, the new “V” will center on Erica Evans, a Homeland Security agent with an aimless son who’s got problems. When the aliens arrive, her son gloms on to them — causing tension within the family. As in the original “V,” several storylines will unfold simultaneously.
But even without the same storyline, the original “V’s” bones will remain: As in the ’80s version, the show will open with an enormous army of spaceships hovering over the world’s major cities. The visitors say they’ve come to help Earth, but their motives are nefarious (in the original, they wanted to steal the world’s water supply).
Hopefully ABC and Peters will do a good job with the new V and they will bring back Robert Englund. BTW if you have never seen V, go out and rent it now!

First Greg Berlanti called on his old Dawson's Creek friend Katie Holmes to guest star on his show Eli Stone, now he has asked Joey Potter's ex-boyfriend Jack aka Kerr Smith to be on the show. TV Guide is reporting that he will play hard-core legal eagle on the show.
I guess now that Greg has had almost everyone from Everwood on either Eli Stone and/or Brothers & Sisters, he is now starting to go through the Dawson Creekers. I wonder who will be next…Michelle Williams? James Van Der Beek? Busy Phillips?
BTW you can see the first one, Katie Holmes on the season premiere of Eli Stone on October 14th on ABC.

Christina Applegate is going to break her silence tomorrow on ABC's Good Morning America about her battle with cancer. She gives Robin Roberts (just another reason for her to remind us she had brest cancer, enough already we get it you survived breast cancer…movie on.) an update on health.
"I'm clear," the star of "Samantha Who?" said. "Absolutely 100 percent clear and clean. … They got everything out so I'm definitely not going to die from breast cancer."
That is great news from Christian Applegate. Hopefully her diagnosis will get more women her age to get tested for breast cancer. It was her early diagnosis that led to doctors to catching it early and just two weeks after announcing she had breast cancer she is telling the world that is 100% cancer-free. You go girl!!!

Sigourney Weaver is going to guest star on the season premiere of ABC’s Eli Stone on October 14th as a therapist who helps Eli Stone. She will be helping him work on his problems and as you can see from the above Starter Kit, Eli Stone has a lot of issues to work on!
So please check out this true of gem a show when it comes back to ABC on October 14th. Actually here is a little secret ABC has been rerunning Eli Stone on Saturdays at 10p, so check out and maybe you can catch one of the many episodes with George Michael guest starring!!!

Eli Stone is a little darling of a show that most of you most likely missed last season, but ABC saw the potential for it and renewed it for a second season. Most of you probably never heard of the show until it was announced that Katie Holmes was going to guest star on it. Her first role back on TV since the creator of the show and her worked together on a little show called Dawson’s Creek back when she had so much potential and Greg Berlanti was a writer.
It is Greg Berlanti’s genius and the chemistry that makes Eli Stone the touching and great show that it is. So if you never seen Eli Stone the above video will catch you up and if you haven’t seen the show since the first season finale will help remind you how it ended. I can’t wait to see how the show changes when it comes back for a second season on October 14th after how the season finale left off.
