This trailblazing led to the most awkward, surreal, WTF interview I’ve ever seen when Jenna Jameson appeared on yesterday’s show (video after the jump). It’s almost like inviting a porn star over to your house to meet your mom, grandmom and your uptight Republican sister who’s head’s about to explode. OMG what if Jesus is watching? I would buy a couple tickets to see Whoopi Goldberg live on “The View”. Souces claim that it’s 99% confirmed that Whoopi Goldberg will be replacing Rosie O’Donnell on “The View”.

Goldberg already lives in New York and has guest hosted multiple times already. Apparently she beat out Roseanne Barr, Kathy Griffin, Gayle King and Rikki Lake.

A network source say that they were very close to picking Kathy, but Whoopi seemed a better fit.
