Nintendo Sued By Lonestar for Wii Capacitor Design

Nintendo Wii Sued By Lonestar for Capacitor Design (Images)
Nintendo is being sued by a Texas-based company called Lonestar Inventions for apparently copying one of their patented capacitor designs and using it in the Wii.
The lawsuit is a little shady due to the fact that Lonestar didn’t even contact Nintendo before filing the case, nor has it told Nintendo which capacitor is in question of the patent holder’s rights.
Another interesting point is the fact that Lonestar has sued other companies in the same fashion in the past; Kodak and Freescale just to name a couple.
Not to mention that Lonestar’s offices are located in an Austin law firm, hmm…
